The Balanced Life Coaching Program is a transformative 6-week journey designed to help participants evaluate and improve their overall life balance and alignment. Rooted in the principles of the Life Wheel, the program provides a structured framework to assess key areas of life—such as relationships, career, health, personal growth, and more—highlighting where you may feel out of balance or disconnected from your goals and values.
Through guided self-reflection, practical tools, and actionable strategies, participants will identify areas needing attention and learn how to create meaningful changes. Each week builds on the previous one, fostering clarity, confidence, and sustainable habits to support a more aligned and fulfilling life. By the end of the program, you will have a personalized roadmap for balance and alignment, empowering you to make choices to thrive in all aspects of your life.

In this group, we will exchange viewpoints, collaboratively develop solutions, discuss actionable steps and allow growth in a supportive and confidential setting.

With a strong commitment to guiding women toward achieving remarkable results, Sadie is dedicated to supporting you as you navigate new chapters in life and elevate your leadership skills.
